In 17 counties across PA, Keystone Family Alliance works to support foster families and educate people about the needs of children in the system. According to experts, there are several reasons as to why less and less Pennsylvanians are interested in foster care. “Then, they could have visits with their biological parents either together or even separately two, three, four times a week depending on the child’s age,” Stauffer said.
