The bodies of the missing couple were discovered at a property outside Goulburn, based on information provided by their alleged killer.

The bodies of missing Sydney couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies have been discovered by police on a property outside Goulburn, two hours south of Sydney.

Detective Superintendent Danny Doherty said the bodies were discovered in two surfboard bags, covered in debris, on a property on Jerrara Road at Bungonia, about 20 minutes away from the nearby property on Hazleton Road that was searched on Monday.Police set up a crime scene after the bodies of missing Sydney couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies were found at a property outside Bungonia near Goulburn.

A police truck was parked in front of the scene, drones were surveying the area, and police had cordoned off parts of the surrounding roads.“The first phone call was to the families to let them know,” Superintendent Doherty said.“Each day, each hour was an agonising wait. They want to know where their children are.”

Police allege Senior Constable Lamarre-Condon shot and killed the couple at Baird’s Paddington home last Monday, using his Glock service pistol. He then allegedly placed them in the surfboard bags and removed them from the house. He then allegedly drove south to Bungonia, accompanied by a long-term acquaintance who is cooperating with police inquiries.
