Police and ambulance crews were called to an address on Hill Street in Glasgow yesterday, March 8. A 55-year-old man was blue-lighted to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he sadly passed away.

Investigators are not treating the death as suspicious and a report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 3.30pm on Friday, March 8, we were called to an address in Hill Street, Glasgow. "A 55-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he died a short time later.

"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
