What is their background in real estate transactions and real estate law? And where is City Attorney Mara Elliott in reviewing such large purchases before they are completed. This is nothing but negligence of city fund expenditures without proper due care by the City Council. And they all want to be re-elected. We are in deep trouble! Victor Ravelo Marina District
