After 14 years of a land dispute against a private firm, 47 farmer-beneficiaries in Antipolo City, Rizal finally received their certificates of land ownership award (CLOA) from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). The distribution of CLOAs was delayed due to a petition filed by landowner Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PhilGuarantee) to exempt the property from the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).

However, the petition was rejected by DAR's Calabarzon regional office and affirmed by higher authorities
