MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Buying and selling a home can be a complicated process. Realtors say they can make it smoother, but the way buyers and sellers interact with realtors could soon change.

“From our perspective, there has never been a standard Real Estate Commission,” Andrews said. “The commissions paid for services have always been negotiable.”
