A power cut is affecting hundreds of properties in Greater Manchester. Around 864 properties in the south Middleton areas are affected, according to Electricity North West.
In total, 293 customers have no electricity supply, the provider's website says. The issue was reported at 5.13pm on Friday . Engineers are now on site investigating the issue. Customers are advised to call Electricity North West if they require support.In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the provider said: "Our engineers are on the way to investigate, so if you would like to be kept up to date by text, please DM us your address and contact number, or call us on 105 if you require support or need to report a hazard.
