SINGAPORE: Last month, a premium apartment sold for over one million dollars, the second pricey transaction since September last year.
Bukit Panjang joined the million-dollar HDB flat club late last year when a unit found on the same street, at Block 181 Jelebu Rd, was sold for S$1.02 million. Shin Min Daily News quotes an ERA property agent who managed the deal as saying that because the first flat had a high price, the sellers felt certain they could also set a similar price.
He added that after the sale of the Bukit Panjang premium apartment, they were looking to buy a condominium next.
