A new residential-led development is set to be constructed in Barrhead, offering a diverse mix of housing types and a neighbourhood retail facility. The development aims to meet the demand for high-quality and sustainable housing in the area.

The new residential-led development will be constructed on land allocated for housing by the local authority adjacent to Balgraystone Road and Springfield Road in the town.
