After visiting 21 extraordinary homes across the country, judges Hugh Wallace, Amanda Bone and Sara Cosgrove will gather to celebrate what the seven inspirational finalists have achieved, and to make some difficult decisions, as they decide who will be the winner of this year’s title.

Peter Carvill's Gate Lodge in Co. Tyrone was the winner through to the final in episode two of the show.It is a Grade 2 listed building and an extension was added approximately 25 years ago by the previous owner. Episode four saw Craig Dee and Matthew O’Rourke's modern, black-and-white house in Waterford take the well-deserved ticket to the final.

Rebecca and Eamonn McMackin's renovated 1950’s bungalow in Co Offaly was the winner of the spot in the final in episode five. They also repositioned the kitchen and gutted the interior and exterior of the home and even changed the front garden layout to allow for an electric charging station for the car.
