Noelle Lynch, a college student from California, was reported missing to the Los Angeles Police Department, which noted that she left an apartment 'without personal property,' which her parents say is 'very out of character' for her.

Kellie added that she later found her daughter's things, including a backpack, at the apartment.

“All that matters is trying to get her back,” Mark told the publication. “The more people that can open their eyes, the better.”
