The Nation Newspaper Late judge's daughter faults mode of sharing father's property

The daughter of the late President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Abuja, Justice Moses Bello-Ann Eniyamire, has faulted the way her father’s property was shared.Listed as defendants in the suit marked: CV/667/2024 are Reverend Father Ezekiel John and Christ the King Catholic Church, Okene Parish.

Eniyamire through her lawyer, Yahuza Mahraz, is praying the court to declare that she is entitled to 11.11 percent of all her late father’s properties including estates. “An order of this court directing the defendants to account, tender and hand all necessary documents with regards to administration, management and distribution of the estates of the claimant’s late father to any appointed administrator general.
