The four-story building houses 54 units ranging from studios to two bedrooms, and several amenities.The Krueger Group, a Northeast Ohio-based construction and development company, partnered with Lyndhurst-based RHM Real Estate Group on the $10 million project, which sits on land that was purchased as two parcels for just over $1 million combined.
“I’m very proud and excited to bring this to the market,” said Bobby Krueger, a partner and president at Krueger Group. “There hasn’t been a new product brought to Rocky River in over 12 years. I’m really proud of the overall product, howORRIS, spelled with two “Rs” to represent Rocky River, will include 72 interior parking spaces above ground and underground. Residents will have access to storage lockers.
The units, ranging from 598 to 1,180 square feet, all come with an in-unit washer and dryer, sizeable quartz islands and counters, walk-in closets, privacy shades, stainless steel appliances and more, with several of the units having handicap accessible bathrooms. “There’s lack of inventory, so people are moving in from different communities. It’s literally the full spectrum.” The first resident is expected to move in on May 1 and Krueger said the building was already at 20% occupancy.
