An Aurora City Council committee has approved final plans for a southeast side subdivision, just a day after the full City Council approved the preliminary plans.

The next day, the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee approved the final plans. The property is part of the overall 545-acre Pulte Homes development that includes Lincoln Crossing, the Del Webb development and Lincoln Crossing South. It also includes some future commercial development that will be done by someone other than Pulte. The development was divided into six parcels. The first parcel was Lincoln Crossing, with 162 single-family homes, and the second parcel was the Del Webb development, some 545 single-family age-restricted homes.
