Twenty-one households had their power disrupted on Saturday when a cement mixer truck hit an electricity overground box in the Serangoon Garden area.

The police and Singapore Civil Defence Force were alerted to the accidentaround 4.05pm. The driver, a 43-year-old, was conscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
