“First and foremost, having two Black women leading the development project is very rare,” said Councilwoman Howse-Jones. “It is also informed by our lived experience as young teen mothers who have had to struggle with housing insecurity,” Sheila Wright of Frontline Development told Cleveland Council’s Planning Committee.
