Why are so many neighbours who find themselves close to one of Vancouver’s Moderate Income Housing Pilot Projects so unhappy? The reason goes back to the lack of adequate provincial or federal funding for affordable rentals.

I become very agitated when well-meaning citizens protest that their guns are innocent of harm. I know of three incidents where guns were to blame when children killed people by accident.
