Minister Zuraida Kamarudin said almost 73% of residences in Malaysia were in the form of strata and there was a need for an agency to tackle strata-related issues.
“There must be a review to create a large agency because it has to tackle complicated issues in strata management,’’ she said after a meeting with Hindus at the Sri Raja Rajeswary Temple, Ampang, near here. She said this included reforming the tribunal policy, COB policy, strata management and abandoned housing policy.
