The property on Pleasant View in Norbury, Staffordshire has been almost entirely reclaimed by nature and is going up for auction at £140,000 - but you can't view it beforehand.

A derelict house hidden has been behind shrubs for 44 years after its elderly owner died, the neighbours have revealed.

Images of the listing show red lines drawn around the shape of the home which is concealed underneath a mass of greenery, with only a doorframe and brickwork visible. Now the other villagers have told MailOnline that the house was once owned by a woman who died in the 1980s, after which it was passed onto two brothers called Bratton, 'who went into a home'

'Lovely access to the cemetery for all the budding serial killers looking for a new adventure,' pointed out another viewer.Another viewer joked: 'Definitely the setting of the new Saw movie.'
