A witness said he had shoved a neighbor and caused property damage, which police estimated at more than $1,300.

man bit a police officer’s finger and spit in another officer’s mouth as they were trying to take him into custody for harassing a family while drunk on Memorial Day, according to police.

According to charging documents, police responded to Duran’s apartment building at 7:10 p.m. and found him in the parking lot arguing with another a man. Duran was visibly drunk and combative, and bleeding from his hand, police said. He had smashed potted plants and broken a window and a gas grill, police said.
