Elements of the proposal would include a kilowatt café accommodating EV drivers during the charging period , satellite operation of an existing coffee shop, an open-air venue, a potential evening entertainment destination for walk-up customers or cyclists and ample wall space for digital exhibits The environmental review examined all previous environmental studies completed to date by the property owner, concluding that the above noted redevelopment concept plan for the subject site is considered acceptable and would not require any additional environmental site assessment work.
