Property developer NextAsia Land announces the launch of three residential communities in the South Luzon, aimed at setting new standards for modern, sustainable urban living.

Spanning a total area of 35 hectares, the NextAsia Development encompasses three projects: Estonia Calamba , Florence Lipa , and Cyprus Calauan .Estonia Calamba will offer a modern living experience across five hectares. Meanwhile, Florence Lipa, occupying 10 hectares, will provide modern innovative lifestyle amenities. Finally, Cyprus Calauan, the largest project covering 20 hectares, promises to set a new benchmark for integrated community development.
