Loretto Housing Association is set to build 44 homes for social rent at Boclair Mews on South Crosshill Road in the town.
The site will also benefit from being part of an established community and within distance to local amenities.They are being funded by a £2.5million investment from Wheatley and over £4.4million in grant funding through the Scottish Charitable Bond programme - which is managed by Allia C&C for the Scottish Government.
