The family of a two-year-old boy who drowned in a dam on a property near Geelong have spoken of their anguish.

A toddler who drowned in a dam on a rural property near Geelong has been remembered by family as a beautiful little boy.

Police found the toddler unresponsive in a nearby dam following a helicopter search of the surrounding area. Offices were unable to revive the little boy and he died early on Tuesday evening.
