This woman has appeared in court charged with assaulting a Garda near the site of a controversial asylum seeker centre in Co Wicklow.

The court was handed evidence of arrest, charge and caution in the case of Ms Kennedy, which was adjourned to the end of September for directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions.They included that she keep the peace and not attend any protests in relation to the IPAs centre.A defence lawyer also told the court that Ms Gregory’s case was being "knitted together" with that of two men facing assault and public order charges in another part of the town.
