The Harris County Republican Party selected Scott and McCrutcheon. Blueford-Daniels, Noriega and Adeleke received an additional endorsement from the left-leaning Gulf Coast Area Labor Federation. Scott and McCrutcheon also garnered support from the right-leaning C-Club.
