In its planning statement, PWA Planning notes that this is a resubmission of plans which were originally turned down in 2017.It adds: “The road is characterised primarily by residential development, and village centre uses before continuing out of the settlement onto more rural locations. “This is mainly due to the field immediately south-west of the application site which has extant permission for 150 homes. Once entirely built out this will fundamentally change the outlook of the site.”
