Now that the kids are gone, musicians Paul Simon and Edie Brickell list their Connecticut countryside estate with recording studio

Musician Paul Simon is listing his countryside estate in New Canaan, Conn., which comes with its own recording studio, for $13.9 million, or 16% less than he paid in 2002.

The pricing reflects the softness of the area’s real-estate market, said listing agent Leslie Razook of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

Smart man...

To me it's not a question of a person being gay or not gay it's not a question of a person being black or white or Chinese or whatever it's a question of one human being helping another human being survive with some dignity all our government shows us is dog eat dog

Not too many people with $14M interested in CT. these days.

Taxes too high?

Paul Simon. What do those words mean to me? A lot.

did he ask the state for a tax abatement subsidy?

If I could Record anywhere close as good as those two I would buy it !
