This is heartbreaking, after my mother passed, my dad was very depressed and lonely. My husband and I moved him in with us. I realize this isn’t an option for some people. Loneliness and depression are real when you feel discarded. Need to volunteer and visit.
My Mom recently passed away. She fought so hard against this fake news/stigma! Our family owns health care facilities for Seniors. Never since my parents began their careers has there been a resident suicide in ANY FACILITY (not just ours) Do your research and see for yourself ❤️
Seems like our whole society (especially now) just want old to disappear (no time for, Especially if health issues) in wrk force they want you out so young can have job however =50 isn’t that old! No desire or respect for experience just young & fast (everyone gets old tho)
