Louise's first impression even before entering the property wasn't positive, primarily due to its location. At the sight of the communal swimming area, Leah pointed out: "This is a communal pool that is shared with 27 other properties." In an attempt to justify the choice, Leah highlighted the property's proximity to the beach and its fit within their financial limit. However, with the absence of a personal pool and the less than desirable placement of the property, Leah probed the couple for their candid feedback.
Upon acknowledging their lack of enthusiasm, the Channel 4 presenter expressed surprise, asking: "So, straight away you've walked in here and you don't like it? Why is that? ".
