Trust housing association has an in-house team of three to help customers apply for their entitlements

A Lanarkshire-based social landlord helped its customers to claim more than £2.7 million in benefits during the past year.

The organisation said: “Helping customers secure their entitled benefits is a pleasure; they usually come to us when they are worried or in need of help, and we are able to step in and help their financial situations, taking those worries away.
