Housing Ministry: State govts to discuss redevelopment of old housing

Its minister Zuraida Kamaruddin said the requirement to check or re-develop old housing was included in the national housing policy. This was after cracks found in the apartment structure reportedly became worse and the block seemed to be tilted to one side. In the same press conference, Zuraida who had just returned from a working visit with Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to China, said she was part of the visit to look for investments for affordable homes.
