Chairman of the Crime and Corruption Commission Alan MacSporran says he will stand aside over any potential investigation into the Queensland Treasurer Jackie Trad's investment property purchase.

Ms Trad bought the property in Woolloongabba earlier this year — in the same area that will benefit from the Queensland Government's Cross River Rail project — which Ms Trad is in charge of.
