Very good news

Good?

Is a reduction in house prices a bad thing? I thought we’re concerned that some people can’t afford to get on the mortgage ladder?

I was very much under the impression that there are leave voters who wanted this to happen to the house prices.

Could, possibility, may, if, a chance........ So easy isn't it.

Well that is what ‘everyone’ wants. However the banks will be wary of lending so it will be more difficult to buy. If you own your home outright it won’t matter

oh no, wont anyone think of the buy to let landlords?

If true why are we building more new houses crazy.

'Could'. I do wish organisations with vested interests like KPMG would give it a rest with their bad advice.

6%. Ha ha ha. Because Ireland was unable to control it's interest rate (effectively controlled by Germany), their property market rocketed year on year. This had an effect on N. Irish properties which doubled in value in 2 years before collapsing by 55%. Oh and 600 ghost estates!

Good

But we have to follow the will of the voters!

Will there be a plague of locusts and a slaughter of the first-born, too?

Aha, the old ProjectFear 'could'. RemainiacsWhoCriedWolf

Sure they went down 18% after the referendum, O wait a minute or did they go up.... Answers on back of a stamp...

A fifth? WOW! I'll be able to buy as current average prices are 16 times my annual salary. Game changer! Whoopeee!

They could They probably won't But they could!

Then fire KPMG. The house isn't for sale, & Brexit has nothing to do with finances.

Brilliant

Good news. People have said they're too high for years.

Add it to the list.
