Thomas O'Donoghue revealed he was walking through Ballinderry Park in Mayfield on the north side of the city three weeks ago when the incident happened.The group told the men that they didn’t have any, however the men did not believe them and continued to harass them.
Thomas told Cork Beo: "I rang Anglesea Garda station after it happened but I didn’t want to leave my number or anything because I was worried about what would happen with people in the area. Local residents have taken to social media to say there have been a string of similar incidents in the Ballyvolane/Mayfield area in recent months.
