A council in South Australia has vowed to crack down on the “nuisance behaviour” of local cats, passing new regulations to limit the number of felines per property and forcing owners to keep their pets inside at night.

I've never trod in cat crap that has been left on the pavement , unlike dog crap , and have had a cat attacked by a dog with no recourse because it's 'just a cat ' just because cats are more independent they shouldn't be vilified by humans for it ,because humans are quite crap !
