Increase is double the previous year and there are now over 200,000 empty properties

The number of empty homes in England increased by almost 11,000 last year, a study suggests, prompting calls for urgent action to bring them back into circulation to help tackle the housing crisis.

Why is that?! Is tax on renting too high? There is protection to owners against bad tenants? Money washing buyers? Needs to have a reason...

LNP might be able to work out a plan with the British Government to get Australian homeless exported to the U K to lower the figure? Is there any cheap homes as none in Australia the paupers are told? Some homeless may be able to establish UK roots as in getting back to ENGLAND?
