The Commissioner urged the developer to keep to the contractual terms, as the state government would fulfil its own obligations as contained in the MoU. Nigeria AkwaIbom EstateDevelopment

The Commissioner for Lands and Water Resources, Ime Ekpo and Commissioner for Housing, Mr. Raphael Bassey, signed the document on behalf of the state government, while the Executive Chairman, Nakachi Lauranti Limited, Arthur Abara signed for his company.

He said other facilities include, a central gas plant and distribution network, sewage collection network, central treatment plant, and fibre optic IT conduit network connected to every plot. The Commissioner urged the developer to keep to the contractual terms, as the state government would fulfill its own obligations as contained in the MoU.
