Sky News host Chris Kenny has described Anthony Albanese’s call on the Morrison Government, to hold an an "urgent" COAG meeting into the nation’s natural disasters, as being “grotesque”. It comes as Labor Leader Anthony Albanese, on Sunday, had urged the Coalition to hold a special meeting of federal, state and territory leaders in order to bolster Australia’s response to natural disasters.

The call comes after New South Wales, Queensland and parts of Adelaide suffered through devastating bushfires throughout the month of November. “These are horrible fires that have destroyed homes and taken lives, yet they are being leveraged for climate politics, with activists, politicians and former fire chiefs all grandstanding in the ashes of the fires,” Mr Kenny said. Mr Kenny described the Labor leader’s demands as being Mr Albanese’s “latest climate alarmist frolic”.

Chris Kenny... The place where lies and propaganda go to thrive....

I know what's grotesque....

And what is Mr Kenny’s plan for dealing with the twin catastrophes of bushfire and drought? Does he have one, aside from thoughts and prayers? Or are these bushfires not really happening - just another alarmist conspiracy that warrants no attention? Now that would be grotesque.

GROTESQUE thought 2Dogs was talkin about his MISSUS again .. kennyonsunday

If we had a federal leader this heads of government meeting would have already been called as our country needs input and commitments from all levels of government to assist voters. A coordinated approach .. but I will not hold me breath as each gov thinks they have the best plan

He needs to develope a policy. It will be his first. He does not yet know what it will be because his approach now will be policy making on the run. Poor Albo. Policyless, planless, pointless.

How bloody stupid can you be ?

But Chris Kenny is a fool

OPINION:

Chriskenny is grotesque

Depends on what the aim or goal of the meeting is? Meeting without a define goal and future actions are useless.

Elbow 😂😂

Chris proves again what a complete knob he is.

Sky - you just keep happy clapping 👏

Chris Kenny is a Tool , good night.

Who would expect him to say anything else murdock stooge

Kenny is the haemorrhoid on the arse of journalism. 👎

Kenny is right.

And here is a bloke that was party to creating a raft of policies that would of fleeced the guts out of hard working people. Just chasing cheap votes, time for new blood not the same old tripe with a different spin

Is that the Kenny that dumped tweeter because he couldn't take being pounced on over his BS. Fat chance of me clicking the link.

Albo will never win labor any elections

Grotesque.. a great way to describe Kenny. He's so thin skinned he quit Twitter and won't have anyone on his show who has a differing opinion.

Can’t understand politicians. Why wouldn’t joint efforts be best - as there are Labour & Liberal states. It’s not just a Federal Govt’s issue. Fixing 🇦🇺 bushfires problems is of utmost concern to Australians. auspol

Lucky the earth isn't flat like the climate changers think because sky and kenny are so far right now they would have fallen off it!

ZipIt

What a fucking idiot seriously.

AKA More tax payer waste on nice lunches and dinners for pollies that talk shit and do nothing. Less talking and more action
