While there are plenty of examples of those willing to defy the social distancing rules as soon as the sun peeks out, there are also many who would prefer the lockdown to continue, virtually indefinitely. Ipsos Mori says thatabout going to bars or restaurants, 40 per cent are reluctant to go the shops, and 30 per cent concerned about going to work or meeting friends.
They do need to ease fears. There is no way to return to a normal society unless we do. Too many are fed their information from the tabloid press that teaches them to fear everything right now.

They can't. Its a killer. Any attempt to lessen restrictions would be like setting chickens free in a garden full of foxes. And the Government know this. And an agenda to make people feel less frightened of something they should be very frightened of is suspicious.
Ease fears? Most important to ensure RISK is taken seriously. We are no way ready in the UK to be easing lockdown. Too many of the UK press have utterly failed to explain where there are still massive challenges because the govt failed to initialise distancing, test & trace.

You people are always waiting on 'experts,' but the experts said 2M deaths, so either Trump did an incredible job or the experts suck and you should stop waiting on 'experts' to tell you how to live. Fear nothing but God Almighty!
