According to the Examiner, one ad was showing a house in Newcastlewest, Limerick that was looking for a single lady"with a twist", with the ad saying:Looking into the advertisement further, the landlord said that sexual activity was required on a weekly basis and then rent would be reduced to €200 for the first month and €250 each month after.
Another ad showed a property in Dublin that was offering a room for free in exchange for a"friends with benefits" deal.
