Peel police say they have charged two people from Uxbridge after they defrauded at least 18 people out of millions of dollars.The two would allegedly accept advance payments without delivering on the properties.

Kenneth Simpson, 77, has been charged with 30 fraud-related charges while Courtney Wallis-Simpson, 57, has been charged with 84 fraud-related charges.
