The average price for a home in Etobicoke centre was $813,211 in July 2022, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. That’s down 14.3 per cent or $136,212 from June 2022 and down 23.5 per cent or $249,560 compared to July 2021.

Detached houses averaged $1.16 million, down 17.3 per cent or $243,064 month-over-month and down 12.1 per cent or $159,647 year-over-year. There were 10 detached house sales after an average of 15 days on the market and 37 active listings at the end of the month.
