More than 17,000 apartments have opened their doors in the D-FW area in the last year. Dallas-Fort Worth continues to lead the country in both apartment buying and building. And the D-FW area is the country’s top commercial property investment market.

The D-FW ranked first in the country for both apartment and industrial building sales in the first half of this year, according to Newmark.Nationwide multifamily and industrial investment accounted for 57% of total commercial property investment this year.
