Perspective. Per CMHC Canada needs 3.5 million more homes so only 3,483,000 to go. Realize government isn’t the solution other than deregulating prop development so the market can build them.
Considering canada needs to build 750k houses per year every year for the next 8 years (according to their own propaganda arm, the CBC) and currently we are only building 286k This is a drop in the bucket. Do better
