HUD is an unconstitutional executive overreach and should be abolished outright. If housing in this manner is to be done legislation is needed from congress. A big part of the problem is that HUD probably cuts monthly checks, by hand, one at a time. It isn’t the first shutdown, it isn’t the last, so when will HUD and Congress change how rental contracts are handled? When?
