As industry veterans with nearly 50 years of experience combined, Heather Personne and Amy Malloy were accustomed to successfully navigating the commercial real estate world.

They host “Frappy Hours” with other women business leaders that take place later in the morning, after everyone drops their children off at school. Hiking and rafting trips form friendships — and accomplish deals.
