Under this government, there has been a 'catastrophic' failure to delivery on housing.

That is according to Labour Leader Ivana Bacik, who was speaking at the second night of the party conference in Cork. Labour built 75 social housing in 2015 when they had a housing minister. They had ministers that oversaw austerity. They were a massive failure and will be again.
