Love how our prime minister posts lip service to indigenous peoples but in reality does nothing for them, in fact quite the opposite with certain cabinet ministers. I feel I wasted my vote on this not so bright hypocrite. First Nations need to be taken care of first. Not last.

Free things are generally neglected. Now I'm just guessing here, but this is probably a reserve. my first question is why did this take this long to make it to the news. my second question is why is trudeau giving money away to lgbtq people in other countries when it should be going to things like this If we didn’t maintain our home we would be dealing with mould crisis also, who would replace it for us?

O'Regan to visit Cat Lake First Nation at request of community's chiefIndigenous Services Minister Seamus O'Regan says he will visit a northern Ontario First Nation to see its housing situation at the request of the community's chief. The pictures obviously show that these homes were neglected. Just because they were given these homes for free does not mean they had to destroy them. Mold solution - bleach, vinegar, elbow grease, look into the cause of the extra humidity & fix it. Venting, fans, etc. Heartbreaking. If I did not clean my apartment it would look the same. However, were these homes poorly constructed and that is the issue? Regardless, this Minister is incompetent and will not resolve anything.
