Two witnesses said the vehicle, believed to be driven by a woman, then sped through the property and exited onto North Commons Boulevard and eventually onto SOM Center Road.
Responding officers were not able to locate the vehicle anywhere in the area but found parts of the vehicle in the debris from the crash.
